Christian Brothers Academy overcomes early turnovers to secure Class AA football section crown

Syracuse, N.Y. — The Christian Brothers Academy football team has been a dominant force in New York State for the past four years, but Friday’s Section III Class AA championship game against Cicero-North Syracuse inside the JMA Wireless Dome had the Brothers in unfamiliar territory early on.
With one minute remaining in the first quarter, CBA failed to score and turned the ball over two times.
